He fluently speaks Persian ( فارسی) and English, and understands French, German, and Arabic (فصحی). He has extensive experience in the Northern Colorado real estate market particularly Fort Collins, Timnath, Windsor, and northern Weld County such as Nunn and Ault. Dr. Chitsaz lived in Canton/ Plymouth, Michigan before moving to Fort Collins. He completed his PhD in Computer Science at the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign where he lived for 6 years. He is familiar with Chicago and Urbana, Illinois and San Diego, CA as well.
