About
Luke’s real estate experience began long before he obtained his license. Early on he learned the basics by helping his parents acquire, renovate and manage rental properties as well as ranch land. At 20, he purchased his first home. Severely deteriorated and almost uninhabitable, Luke nearly single-handedly restored the hundred year old home. Whether it was carpentry, painting, plumbing or landscaping; you name it, he did it. Within two weeks of completing the renovation he had a signed contract by marketing and selling the home himself.
Luke continued “rehabbing” several homes, selling each for a substantial profit despite the decline in the market. He also worked for commercial and residential construction companies in Colorado Springs. These experiences, in addition to his formal education studying Real Estate and Construction Management at DU and earning his degree in Business Management at CSU allow him the knowledge to excel at every stage of a real estate transaction.
