Living in Nederland, a small mountain town west of Boulder, I've been able to help over 100 clients throughout my career fulfill their goal of living in the mountains. With a focus on mountain properties I can help navigate the tricky issues that come with any property. From mineral or water rights to complicated easement issues on large acreage properties there isn't much I haven't seen. Outside of my own business I have run a team of realtors with the focus on thinking outside the box to make things happen when others can't. My phone is always on to be there for my clients as THEY need me to be. If you're out of country or state I will be there for you. Being involved in the community and understanding each neighborhood and the unique vibe within helps me to better locate your dream home or market your home to the correct buyers. Outside of real estate I am on the board of directors for the Nederland food pantry and the Warming Hands initiative.
